             FBC Gallery Cafe started in 2006, under corporation with Food and Beverage Center (FBC) support of local and international organization has become the vocational training center in Phnom Penh. FBC's training program focuses in Culinary Art ( Chef), Bar tending and cocktail, Bakery and Pastry and Restaurant Management.
